APPOINTMENTS: Existing patients can call or email our office directly to reschedule appointments, or they can make online appointment requests on the provider's profile page. Just click on the appropriate provider link below.
MESSAGING: Existing patients can logon to their individual Patient Portal in order to send secure messages, review health information, and make payments.
We encourage our existing patients to use the messaging system through the Patient Portal to contact us for more timely and secure messaging. Otherwise, we can always be reached by phone or email, or by completing the contact form below. Please be aware that we have part-time staff and calls may not be immediately answered. In the event of an emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

Our office is located at 8480 Bluebonnet Blvd., Suite A in Baton Rouge, LA. If you are driving from Interstate 10, take the Bluebonnet Blvd. exit and go south (i.e., towards the Mall of Louisiana). Continue south on Bluebonnet Blvd. and cross Perkins Rd. Our office is located on the right about 5 blocks down from the Perkins-Bluebonnet intersection. The office is in the first of three office complexes entitled "Timberlake". Refer to the map below for more detailed directions.
