We encourage our existing patients to use the Patient Portal for more secure and timely communications. Patients can also download the app "FTCLA" for iPhone or Android to request appointments, send and receive messages, and access other health information.
Finally, our office can be called or emailed directly , but please be aware that we have part-time staff and calls may not be immediately answered. In the event of an emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
